What this system holds, and your rights in it

What is collected

Intentity collects public professional LinkedIn activity — posts, comments and reactions published under a professional identity — for a small number of named people its operator follows for sales-relevance research. Collection uses no cookies and no logged-in account, does not harvest private contact details, and is mapped to the professional fields the product reads. Raw collection payloads are also retained temporarily for replay and troubleshooting. When configured, a read-only HubSpot snapshot supplies professional contact and company identifiers, owners, lifecycle stages, last-contact dates and associated deal context. TypeSafe Jev processes bounded professional evidence for classification.

Why, and on what basis

The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): helping one B2B seller understand which professional topics a prospect is publicly discussing, so outreach is relevant rather than indiscriminate. The operator maintains a processing assessment and reviews it when collection changes. The system automates no outreach and does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How long it is kept

The default retention is 90 days for raw collection payloads and CRM snapshots, and 365 days for activity evidence measured from when the activity happened. The operator can configure these windows in Settings; a nightly job enforces them. Profile details, workflow notes and classification summaries remain until the person is removed.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it, or object to it being processed at all. An objection to direct-marketing-related processing is honoured without exception — erasure removes you from every table, including collected payloads and quotes of your posts on other people's records, and leaves an audit entry that the erasure happened.
